A new HTC One "phablet" will be arriving in tech town? After the success of the HTC One smart phone, the Taiwanese manufacturer is now reportedly working on the HTC One 5-inch 'phablet' codenamed T6 alongside the 4.3-inch HTC One Mini with a release date predicted to happen very soon.

The upcoming HTC phablet is an indication that the company wants to further endeavor in the aggressive technology market with more available innovative devices and compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Other reports suggest that the upcoming HTC device is only a successor to the 5-inch 1080p DROID DNA and HTC Butterfly smart phones.

Though the precise features and specifications of the HTC One Phablet are still unknown, unconfirmed reports claim that the new device will have similarities with the HTC One smart phone under the hood. The phablet is expected to be enclosed in the familiar anodized aluminum unibody found on the HTC One smart phone.

The HTC One is shaped in a trendy manner that allows the users to comfortably hold and use the smart phone. HTC's design, style, features and specs make the HTC One an attractive handset to the consumers.

With regards to the screen display size, the HTC One phablet will sport a measurement between 5 inches and 6 inches. The other predicted features on the T6 phablet are the microSD slot to provide memory storage expansion which is not found HTC One and a much powerful and sturdy battery.

Announcement on the upcoming HTC phablet comes from the Twitter account @evleaks. The posted message on Twitter reads: "The upcoming HTC phablet goes by codename T6." However, there was no confirmation given as to when exactly will be the release date of the upcoming HTC One Phablet and HTC One Mini.
