Hugh Jackman's film Real Steal has released a new trailer showing the Australian actor battling it out with robots. Check out the new trailer in the video below!

The movie is based on the short story Steel by Richard Matherson, beloved author of I Am Legend and What Dreams May Come, which were also adopted into movies starring Hollywood actor Will Smith, and Robin Williams, respectively.

The 1956 short story Steel follows a theme similar to that in I Am Legend, where Robert Neville has to struggle living in a deserted New York City.

Steel was first adopted as an episode of the Twilight Zone.

The movie version is under the direction of Shwan Levy. In the movie, the Australian actor plays Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when steel robots took over the ring. The movie will his theatres October next year.
