People who probably grew up with Hulk Hogan would be ecstatic to hear the news-yes, the 60 year old wrestler is readying for his pre-debut in Wrestlemania on Monday night Raw. The bulky wrestler had not been on the show since 2007. What could have changed the wrestler's mind?

Hulk Hogan is also set to appear on the WWE Backstage Pass on Monday. He will be at the helm in hosting the Wrestlemania 30 on Monday in the city of New Orleans.

The aging legend confirmed the great news on WWE.com saying that, "Words cannot express how excited I am to be back in the WWE family." The multi-belted wrestler rocked the house further when he said, "I only have one question for the WWE Universe: Whatcha gonna do when Hulkmania runs wild as the host of Wrestlemania 30?"

WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon announced that the whole of WWE was thrilled to get a chance to bask in Hulk Hogan's legendary wrestling prowess. In line with an expanding and revamping WWE network, Hulk Hogan was chosen to lead te Wrestlemania 30 as a fitting wrestler who has won so many titles and championships.

Hulk Hogan's rise to fame started on Jan. 23, 1984, when the bulky star defeated Iron Sheik in Madison Square Garden. Such incident sparked the pop cultural phenomenon called "Hulkmania." Soon after, the wrestler already started garnering international fame as he appeared on MTV, his own animated series and a Wrestlemania III big event where he went up against Andre the Giant, all in front of 93,173 jeering fans.

Hulk Hogan currently has six WWE Championships and a Wrestlemania icon. The seemingly immortal wrestler even had the energy to battle other household names in the industry such as The Rock. Hogan himself was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame by his co-star in Rocky, Sylvester Stallone.

Reports have not confirmed if whether Hogan was going to go up against anyone during Wrestlemania. Given the very unpredictable story plot of WWE, fans might just see the legendary icon battle it out against for one last time.
