Human Doll Valeria Lukyanova's Reaction to Popularity: "I'm happy I seem unreal" [PHOTOS]

The famous Ukrainian Internet sensation opened her mind in an interview, revealing a peaceful outlook towards negative comments from the press and people following her.

Valeria Lukyanova, a young woman who looks like a human doll, became popular with her Barbie make-up tutorial videos and revealing photos posted in many websites. Because she looks like she came straight from the box, many doubt the authenticity of her features. There are even photos showing drastic before and after looks, claiming that Valeria, indeed, had plastic surgery performed.

Still, Valeria denies any involvement with plastic surgeons, and says she never went under the knife.

"There are plenty of video clips on the Internet showing what I really look like. Some people even spread rumors about me and retouch my pictures to hurt me. But I don't take any of them seriously. I'm even flattered! It's what success is like." said the human doll.

Somehow, Lukyanova seems to be perfectly fine with looking artificial and plastic-like.

"I'm happy I seem unreal to them, it means I'm doing a good job." quips Valeria in the interview.

The model doesn't let negativity ruin her inner peace. In her V Magazine interview, the human doll says everything she does is for "self-improvement."

Valeria also said things about people who hate on public figures and famous personalities for striving to aesthetically perfect themselves.

"Many people say bad things about people who want to perfect themselves. It's hard work, but they dismiss it as something done by surgeons or computers. This is how they justify not wanting to strive for self-improvement. It's how they explain their continued inaction. It's just an excuse." said Valeria.
