'Hunger Games' Cast Gets Advice from 'Harry Potter' Actor
As "The Hunger Games" trailer gets released, Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth have one-way tickets to superstardom - something three other young hopefuls experienced more than a decade ago.
With the "Harry Potter" excitement slowly dying down, a different movie adaptation of another fantasy book is brewing as "The Hunger Games" saga begins. However, the careers of Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, all of whom have enjoyed the lives of Harry, Ron and Hermione, respectively, in the wizarding world of "Harry Potter", are moving onto different career paths.
Thanks to the worldwide success of "Harry Potter", Radcliffe, Grint and Watson are three of the most well-known young actors in the world. What advice does the "Harry Potter" cast have for the upcoming "Hunger Games" trio?
"Just enjoy it, and feel privileged to be doing what you're doing, and appreciate it at the time. These past ten years have gone by so quickly ... It's been a whirlwind, but just try and enjoy it while it's happening." said Warwick Davis in an interview during the DVD release of the final film, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II," as reported by Huffington Post.
Warwick Davis played the likeable Charms professor, Professor Flitwick, in all the eight "Harry Potter" films, he also took the role of Griphook, the Gringotts goblin.
Grint was also present at the DVD release held in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park, along with Jason Isaacs, Devon Murray, Alfie Enoch, and the Weasley twins, James and Oliver Phelps.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park in Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla., officially opened to the public on 18 June 2010. "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey" is the flagship attraction of the theme park, which is housed inside the recreation of Hogwarts. Two other roller coasters are also present, as well as the recreation of Hogsmeade, where guests can get their helping of Butterbeer.
"The Hunger Games" may not have a theme park to its name yet, but with the excitement from the trailer alone, it can be assumed that the three main stars should be prepared for what's about to come.
