Fans of "Hunger Games" were probably half of the millions that stood by and watched the 2013 MTV Movie Awards. For obvious reasons, the official trailer for the sequel, "Catching Fire" is set to make its debut at the awards show. Liam Hemsworth blazed onto the stage to present the much awaited trailer to "Hunger Games: Catching Fire."

Tributes have been waiting for almost a year since "Hunger Games" made its' mark. Now, fans of Suzanne Collins best-selling post-apocalyptic novel have another film to buzz over. The sequel to the "Hunger Games" is set to hit theatres this year on November.

Of course, a lot of stills and teasers have been released to keep fans in check. Finally, the official trailer of the Francis Lawrence-directed film made its debut at the MTV Movie Awards. The sequel follows the story of District 12 winners, Katniss Everdeen played by Jennifer Lawrence and Peeta Mellark played by Josh Hutcherson.

The District 12 victors embark on their Panem tour but the celebrations don't last for long because they are once again thrust into the games. Right after Effie Trinket's scene of introducing Katniss and Peeta as Victors, the trailer blazes on to a scene with President Snow played by Donald Sutherland and newly hired Head Gamemaker, Plutarch Heavensbee played by Philip Seymour Hoffman.

"She's not who they think she is," says President Snow on Katniss, adding, "She just wants to save her skin, simple as that. She has become a beacon of hope for them. She has to be eliminated."

"I agree she should die," answers Heavensbee, adding, "But in the right way at the right time. Katniss Everdeen is a symbol. You don't have to destroy her, just her image. Show her that she is one of us now. Let them rally behind that. They're going to hate her so much they might just kill her for you."
