Dior is one of the classiest fashion brands in the industry and as of late has recruited Hollywood's sweetheart, Jennifer Lawrence. Given Lawrence hails from the popular "Hunger Games" films, Dior has made one impressive move.

So what is Jennifer's task for the fashionable brand that is also home to highly-acclaimed Hollywood stars, Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman?

The Oscar Award nominee will be fronting Miss Dior's spring and summer 2013 bag campaign set to hit magazines starting March of 2013. Recent actresses who have done the spring and summer campaigns for Dior include Marion Cotillard and Mila Kunis.

"It's such a dream to represent an iconic brand that is synonymous with high fashion." Said in a Lawrence in a statement.

"I'm so excited to be working with the fashion house and wear the new creations by Raf Simons. His most recent haute couture and ready-to-wear collections glamorously capture the modern era at Dior." added the actress.

Lawrence has Simons to thank for the prestigious chance. Simons had been named creative director for Dior back in April after serving the designer behind Jil Sander. So what did Simons say about his lovely choice, Jennifer Lawrence?

"Like the whole world I first discovered Jennifer Lawrence as a young action hero," explained Simons, adding, "I was, of course, struck by her unbelievable onscreen presence in these "larger than life" movies, but I was equally impressed by her powerful portrayal of more emotional and complex characters. Her youth and her classic beauty, but also the feminine strength and complexity that she can portray at such a young age are, for me, very unique and very appealing."

Fans of Lawrence should expect a lot of magazine stills showcasing her Dior charm. Of course, by the time "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" a hits theatre by next year, Lawrence is bound to be dressed in nothing but Dior garments. Lawrence had already started the fashionable ensemble when she wore the gothic-glam tie-dye couture by Simons last month and another Dior number of floral orange color during the Toronto Film Festival.

With another film set for release by November 21, "The Silver Linings Playbook", Lawrence is best set for another Dior number proving yet again Simons made the perfect choice in "The Girl on Fire."
