"The Hunger Games" is one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2014. The movie is set to be released on Nov 20, 2014 in Australia and on Nov 21 in the U.S, UK and Canada. The producers released the first full trailer of the movie on Sept 15. Here are three things to note from the trailer.

#1 - The Reluctant Hero

Katniss Everdeen never had big ambitions in her life. She was not even chosen to take part in the "Hunger Games." She was forced to volunteer to save her sister and later made some friends and earned the respect of the nation.

In the trailer she is seen talking to President Snow about how she never wanted any of this to happen. President Snow is seen telling her that the things we love most in life tend to destroy us. Katniss is the symbol of the rebellion against the Capitol.

#2 - Fight Taken To The Capitol

So far there have been dissents only in the form of symbolism against the Capitol and no one has taken up an armed struggle on a large scale. This will change in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay." The people from the Districts are seen mounting an assault on the Peacekeepers in the trailer.

A worried capitol also unleashed a propaganda war on the citizens who have taken up arms against the Capitol. Two videos from Capitol TV were shared by the producers that showed President Snow explaining the benefits of peace and the cost of going to war.

#3 - Peeta Has Turned

Peeta will be fighting for the Capitol this time around. He is seen demanding the rebels to lay down their weapons. The video released by the capitol is not only demoralizing to the rebels but to Katniss personally.

Peeta is also seen in the videos by President Snow. He appears to have a blank absent-minded look in the videos. How did the capitol manage to turn him to their side? Some of the readers may already know the answer to that, but the others will find out only when the movie is released.

One of Katniss Everdeen's top priority in "Hunger Games: Mockingjay" is to rescue Peeta as soon as possible. The longer he stays under the influence of the Capitol, the more demoralising it can be to her followers.
