'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 1'—Katniss Wants To Fight Back
New trailers of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" show Katniss Everdeen wanting to fight back against the tyranny of the Capitol. The other videos show the characters Caesar Flickerman and Beetee. [Spoilers]
Readers may have already seen the trailer titled "Burn," in which Katniss sent a strong message to President Snow. A new trailer shows an extended version from a scene featuring in the previous trailer. The scene shows Katniss telling viewers they have to fight back against the Capitol. The scene is shot with a backdrop of fallen buildings and fire.
Peeta is seen telling Katniss that "no one can survive this." The familiar scene of Katniss taking down two ships with her bow also features in the trailer, along with the execution scene by the soldiers of the Capitol.
The other new trailer of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 1" is of Caesar calling for viewers' attention to see something important. The scene may be from the part where Caesar interviews Peeta and asks him about the events about the previous games.
Peeta is now working under President Snow and is the Capitol's weapon against Kantiss and her followers. The first priority for Katniss is to rescue her friend Peeta in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 1." Peeta is seen warning Katniss that the soldiers are coming to kill everyone and that Katniss will be dead by morning. A pirate transmission from District 13 shows Beetee telling Peeta to hang on.
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" will mark the true beginning of the rebellion against the Capitol with Katniss leading them. She will agree to be the symbol of the resistance after meeting with President Coin, played by Julianne Moore.
The upcoming movie is filled with action sequences and drama. One of the scenes shows President Snow warning Katniss to prepare to pay the "ultimate price." Will Katniss be able to handle the pressures of leadership and lead her forces against the Capitol?
"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 1" is slated to be released on Nov. 20, 2014 in Australia. The next part of the movie will be released in 2015. The movie is one of the most highly anticipated by the fans of the franchise.
