With Josh Hutcherson of 'Hunger Games' recently reported to have cheated his age to buy liquor and bought a $3 million Tree House, this could surely mean goodbye to all his toys at home with mum.

The said Tree House was recognized to be the previous homes of other big time celebrities like Ellen Degeneres and the late Heath Ledger. The home measures 2,000 square foot and was built way back in 1951. It sits on a land that is filled with sycamores and it has glass walls, an office, movie lounge, and full security on video, amongst many others.
