"This may be the most epic night of my life. No explanation necessary. I'll leave it to the imagination," reads the tweet of Nina Dobrev, just around the time of Oscar Awards 2013. This shout-out was retweeted over 3,000 times and 'favorited' nearly as many times.

Dobrev has around 3.5 million followers on the microblogging site Twitter. Some of those who were intrigued by the post speculated the Vampire Diaries actress may have said "Yes" to an epic proposal from on and off screen beau, 'Vampire' co-star Ian Somerhalder. But other fans preferred to slow down, focusing mainly on the super sweet photos of the couple circulating on social networks since about 24 hours ago.

Somerhalder's post was far from an engagement rumour, however. He raved about talking to Oscar Awards 2013 Best Actor Daniel Day Lewis.

"My life is fricking complete-i just had a 5 minute conversation with Daniel Day Lewis...my hero.Wow.Life is amazing," he tweeted. It got nearly 3,000 retweets and over 4,000 favorites. Ian has as many Twitter followers as Nina.

Nina and Ian were at the Elton John Academy Awards Viewing Party Sunday. The lovely couple was photographed in several romantic moments, driving NIAN shippers crazy on Twitter. The photos helped spark rumors the hot and gorgeous couple has gotten engaged.
