Ian Somerhalder is definitely one busy fellow as he takes another break from work at the Atlanta set of the Vampire Diaries Season 5 to attend the 2013 Young Hollywood Awards. The 34-year-old heartthrob actor will reportedly present an award at the prestigious event.

Aisha Tyler of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" will be the host of the ceremony which is described as the "Oscars of Young Hollywood." Other stars expected to attend and present at the 2013 Young Hollywood Awards are Kathy Griffin, Derek Hough, Alyssa Milano, Dominic Monaghan, Aimee Teegarden and Jim Rash.

A couple of celebrities who will receive an award at the ceremony include Selena Gomez for the categories "Fan Favorite Album Award" and "Most Anticipated Tour Award," Lucy Hale for the "Crossover for the Year Award" and Bella Thorne for the "One to Watch Award."

The Young Hollywood Awards' official Web site announced: "The star-studded red carpet award show, which celebrates the best emerging young talent in film, music and television, will be broadcast for the first time on The CW Network on Thursday, August 1st (8:00-10:00pm ET/PT) from The Broad Stage in Santa Monica, California."

Well, what about Nina Dobrev? Will the Vampire Diaries actress attend the event? Now that she and ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder are starting to interact with each other after the split, fans are hoping to see more of the pair in public together especially after their appearance at the 2013 San Diego Comic Con.

Unfortunately, it appears the brunette beauty will be busy somewhere else. The 24-year-old Canadian actress recently took to social networking site Twitter to express her exhaustion from a very busy schedule.

"Getting ready to spoon the shit out of my body pillow. Nighty night sleep tight twitterverse / Instaworld! Xoxo," Nina posted on her Twitter account @ninadobrev. Ms Dobrev has every reason to feel very tired since she has been making appearances as well almost everywhere.

Nina has returned to the Atlanta set of the "Vampire Diaries Season 5" to film the new episodes, attended the 2013 Variety's Power of Youth event, took part in a photo shoot for the CW TV series "The Vampire Diaries" and celebrated the 21st birthday of Selena Gomez with gal pals like Julianne Hough in a gypsy-themed party.
