Aussie singer-rapper Iggy Azalea and boyfriend Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Nick Young hit the red carpet for the first time at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, and the basketball athlete took advantage of the opportunity to show the world his way of affection towards his flawless blonde hair girlfriend by playfully sticking his tongue out on her cheek.

"The Fancy rapper, who showed off her famous curves in a red dress with lace sleeves, was completely unaware as her Los Angeles Lakers beau leaned in for a lick of his girlfriend's cheek," wrote the Dailymail.co.uk. According to the British webloid, it was a true lick, but Iggy didn't feel offended by such cheeky act from her boyfriend. She simply turned and laughed about the licking incident.

Iggy was a performer at the music awards. She performed her song "Fancy" and rapped when Ariana Grande performed the song "Problem," which she is featured on.

As for Nick, he certainly stayed true to his nickname "Swaggy P." He was swag by pulling off a cheeky stunt like that on his girlfriend.

In one of Nick's Instagram videos, he explained why he got the nickname "Swaggy P." He said it was God who gave it to him in a dream.

"Like God came in a dream, talked to me, and he gave me that name," Nick said.

"And I was like, 'You know what, God? That is a funny name and I might need to run with it.'"

"And ever since then, I've been calling myself 'Swaggy P.'"

"It's a household name now."

Talk about some divine intervention, right? Nick has got a great sense of humour, which a lot of his fans and other basketball fanatics already know. Nick's humour is probably one of the traits that attracted Iggy and made her pursue their relationship that started with "Woman Crush Wednesday" hashtag on Twitter.

"Nick's really goofy and funny," Iggy said during a GQ back in February.
