Selena Gomez' home got new celebrity owners and they are none other than the newest couple in town--Iggy Azalea and Nick Young.

The 22-year-old singer sold her Tarzana property to the rapper and her Basketball player beau for $3.45 million. On the other hand, the new couple reportedly has taken their budding relationship to the next level by buying a property together.

The 6630 square foot area has six bedrooms and seven full and two half bathrooms. As per the exclusive report from Variety, the space was bought by the Disney star in July 2011 for $2,175,000. Recently, Gomez did a bit of renovation, added a bunch of new rooms and put it back on the market for $3,495,000.

The house is well equipped for the young couple as it comes with all possible amenities. Formal living room and dining rooms have big bay windows that reveal the outside serene view from the front yard park. The back yard of the house boasts a built-in barbecue centre, fire pit, swimming pool, sport's court for the man of the house and a spa to relax after a hectic schedule.

The suburban gated and fenced enclave was recently expanded a bit with the addition of a two-car garage and one bedroom guest house with a separate entry. As per Daily Mail, the house even comes with a full outdoor basketball court where the Los Angeles star player can practice and hone his skills. The couple will be sharing the neighbourhood with Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

Daily Mail reported that this is the same house where the young and pretty Disney star faced a couple of stalkers in the past few months. Just a few days ago, Gomez called the police for the third time saying that there seems to be an intruder inside her house.

Moving in together in a new house will be a fresh chapter in the life of the rapper and basketball player. The two are reportedly busy packing their stuff and were even photographed while procuring cardboard boxes and bubble wraps. In a recent Instagram post, Young posted a shot of boxes and his shoes with a caption that he has too many pairs to pack.
