The fight between Iggy Azalea and her ex has gotten uglier. Hefe Wine, who is the estranged lover of Australian rapper, is now threatening her to settle the divorce case out of court or face the consequences.

The same has been revealed by Azalea who tweeted that Wine's lawyer has contacted her to settle the case out of court, otherwise they would publicize in tabloids that she infected her alleged ex-husband with STD. Wine is claiming that the Sydney born rapper is his wife in accordance with the common law marriage statute. He has then filed for divorce from her as a result. If the court agrees to this divorce, Wine will be entitled to half of the earnings Azalea has accumulated over the years.

Daily Mail disclosed that the rapper had just landed in the U.S. and was only 17 years of age when she met Wine. He then reportedly took advantage of her naïve personality and tried hard to gain an important space in her life. However, he had been purportedly married at that point in time.

On the other hand, Azalea is not the only victim of Wine. His other wife, who is also the mother of his three-year-old son, has slapped him with a case of physical assault as he stalked and tried to strangulate her after seven years of their break-up.

The Australian rapper's current state of mind is reflected by the fact that she is under constant fear of getting stalked. She claims that whenever she goes to Texas, she makes sure that she is accompanied by armed police and bodyguards for personal protection. Not so long ago, her sex tape with Wine was leaked and had been claimed by Azalea to be his ex's way of extracting money from her.

Also, the rapper claims that she had absolutely no idea of common law marriage before this episode. She dated him for about six months and had not been in touch with him for many years now. As told by Daily Mail, the rapper claims that all these issues are Wine's schemes to grab her money.

Wine's second wife has also come up and is claiming that she was married to him for four and a half years until August 2008. Azalea met Wine in March 2008, which nullifies the claim of her ex about a common law marriage between them.

Azalea's problems are definitely distressing her as is reflected through her tweets.
