NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony posted photos on Instagram on how he spends his quality time with his wife La La and his son Kiyan.

The pictures revealed the family fishing, a sight of a blue whale, and the gorgeous scenery of the ocean, on-board a yacht.

Anthony was a part of the USA men's basketball team that bagged the gold medal during the 2012 London Olympics in an imposing fashion.

Meanwhile, he did not commit to play for the powerhouse team in the FIBA World Cup on 2014 in Spain.

He will be concentrating on his preparation for the upcoming season of the NBA on October and will look to improve the New York Knicks' conference semi-finals stint during their 2012 spell.

Anthony was a league leader in scoring last season coming up with 28.8 points per game.

Joining him, among others, are former number 1 pick Andrea Bargnani, Iman Shumpert, and Amare Stoudamire.

Team chemistry is one of the main concerns that needs to be resolved in the Knicks dug-out as there is still an ongoing "ego battle" between him and Stoudamire on the hardwood.
