iPhone 5 - Funny but not Recommended Uses of the Smart Phone in the Kitchen [Watch Video]
Smart phone manufacturers strive to bring some really amazing features to the customers. But some customers go beyond the specified uses of the phone prescribed by the manufacturers. There is a video doing the rounds on YouTube where the user has found a few rather odd but funny uses of the iPhone 5 in the kitchen.
The first "hidden" use of the phone, according to the user, is as a knife. The user apparently has not found a better way to cut lemons. Using the iPhone 5 he tries to cut through a lemon with reasonable success. Although he says it is easy to do so viewers can see him hammering at the phone to get the job done.
We next see the user cutting vegetables and using the phone as a cutting board. Most users try as much as possible to avoid situations where their phone could get scratched. The user however tests the limits of the phones material by cutting the vegetables right on top of it.
The phone is later used as a tool to make a spread on a sandwich.
The user is also seen dipping the smart phone in boiling water as a stir. Of all the possible uses an iPhone 5 has, mixing spices in boiling water must be the most outlandish of them all.
The user finally decides to call it a day and stop, but not before ensuring that the phone has been cleaned. The user does not use soap for this purpose but instead prefers Apple juice. The user pours the Apple juice on to the phone to clean it.
The video was purely for fun, as claimed by the user and readers would be wise not try any of those "uses" on their precious phones.
The phone was built for a different purpose all together. The phone comes with a host of good features like Retina display, an 8 MP camera, faster Wi-Fi and a powerful A6 chip et al.
With the new iPhones set to be launched in the coming weeks, users get a chance to own an iPhone 5 for discounts ranging up to 50 % in trade-in deals.
