The most up-to-the-minute iPhone 5C news circulating this week was a recent photo leaked from Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) supplier Pegatron and a high-definition video leaked, showing final designs for iPhone 5C's colourful housing.

The alleged photo leaked from Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) supplier Pegatron showed a pile of devices being tested for upcoming shipment. The numerous devices up close revealed confirmation of the long-running rumoured description of the budget iPhone. Each device were shown with black glass frontal design, contradictory to most recent description of a white plastic iPhone 5C.

According to reports, the photo was taken during Pegatron's product testing and was leaked by a Pegatron employee through Sina Weibo.

The iPhone 5C photo leaked had aroused more curiosity as the Web site was now down along with the caption "The low-end iPhone 5C to be launched for Chinese consumers in September doesn't look much different than theXiaomi Phone 2, right?", Geeky Gadgets reported.

However, tech bloggers from Engadget were curious as to how the photo leaked reached social media sites. According to them, visitors and employees as well were prohibited from taking pictures inside Pegatron's production area. Since the area was known to be well-secured, some analysts alleged that the photo leaked of pile of iPhone 5Cs were just mere propaganda.

Meanwhile, a high definition video leaked by iCrackUriDevice revealed that the iPhone 5C set to be launched on September will be available in colours blue, red, green, yellow and white.

The iPhone 5C high definition video leaked now aroused confusion whether Apple will still be releasing a black iPhone5C.

As seen from the video leaked, the iPhone 5C is very similar to the features of iPhone 5, save for the volume rocker which was more oblong in shape. The volume rocker was more akin to that of the 5th generation iPod touch.

The iPhone 5C had different jacks shaped for headphone, microphone, screw, lightning connector port and speaker.

As for a lightning connector, the video leaked showed a connector meant for a slot to be utilised for data transfer and charging. Also, on the right side, there was a slot for the SIM, which hinted that the the iPhone 5C will only support a nano SIM.
