Sports Illustrated Swimsuit girl Irina Shayk just landed herself the cover of the November 2013 issue of Vogue Espana. Shayk talked about and shared her romantic relationship with the highest-paid soccer player and Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo.

"Cristiano and I have been together for more than three years now," Shayk told the magazine. "I am enjoying my relationship, he is a great support," she added. "Cristiano is always by my side and he knows how to make me happy," said Shayk.

Irina and Cristiano reportedly met for the first time through their Armani Exchange campaigns. They started dating in May 2010.

The 27-year-old Russian supermodel also talked about how Ronaldo understands her profession as a model. "He is always by my side," said Shayk. "He understands me perfectly as well as understands the nature of my work, which he knows is very important to me," she added. "I love my job and travelling, so I need my boyfriend to understand what I am doing and give me strength to do it," Irina said.

"I can sometimes be a demanding girlfriend and Cristiano is extremely patient in dealing with my personality, which is why I try to give him my support too, every time he needs it," said Shayk.

The couple seems quite serious about their relationship. Well, the future can only determine if they will start a family together, and Irina is very much looking forward to it.

Here is what Shayk told the magazine when she was asked about her future. "I want to have children, just like any other woman," said Shayk. "I want to have a family and lots of pets too," she said. "But you can't plan for these things, the right time has to come and you will have no idea when it will be," she added.

Ronaldo has maintained a playboy image prior to dating Irina. Now, he seems to have found the perfect girl in his life in Irina Shayk.
