The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria has released another video featuring British hostage and journalist John Cantlie. In the latest video, Cantlie appears in his usual orange garb and warns the West of a third Gulf War. According to reports, the photojournalist, who has been kidnapped two years ago, has been featured in several ISIS propaganda videos.

Cantlie declared in the video that he is a "British citizen abandoned by my government." He said ISIS has "grown exponentially" and not even the United States military and police in the world will be able to stop them. He accused the U.S. of hypocrisy over its failure to intervene when chemical warfare was used on civilians in the Syrian conflict under the Bashar al-Assad regime. The British hostage said the U.S. used the persecution of the Yazidis to fight ISIS with air strikes.

Cantlie said the world is "gearing up for Gulf War 3" even though it was only recently that written orders were issued for foreign troops to pull out of Afghanistan. The latest video featuring Cantlie comes after his sister appeared in a video of her own to plead with her brother's captors to reopen negotiations. Jessica Cantlie said there was no attempt to engage with ISIS. She challenged those holding her brother to reopen talks and make "direct contact" again.

Meanwhile, a British ISIS fighter has taunted the West in a new propaganda video and urged them to deploy ground troops so ISIS extremists can "chop off" their heads. In a report by the Daily Mail, the British ISIS militant who calls himself Abu Abdullah al-Britani said foreign forces who will engage with ISIS "will die.. You cannot come into Iraq and think that you will take it. No way."

Al-Britani threatened their lives and said ISIS was willing to give their lives to protect their land. Reports said the UK has deployed hundreds of Special Forces to take on an advisory role to help Iraqi troops fight ISIS militants. Al-Britani spoke in a southern English accent in the video while holding on to his AK47 weapon. He said the airstrikes will not stop them. He threatened to chop off the heads of Americans, French and "whoever you may bring."

At the U.S. State Department press briefing, a spokesperson for the Pentagon said the increased number of U.S. airstrikes against ISIS in Kobane present more opportunities for targets. A Kurdish fighter told CNN that ISIS forces retreated from many parts of the city.
