James Harden and Khloe Kardashian have reportedly already split. It’s believed Harden broke up with Kardashian over Christmas.

It’s believed the NBA star had split with Kardashian because he is tired of getting involved with the drama that comes with the Kardashian family. A source told OK! magazine that the media’s involvement and the Kardashian family’s meddling finally took its toll on their relationship.

“It was too much for him. The media scrutiny, her family's meddling and her mood swings drove him over the edge,” the source said.

The source claimed Harden had told the 32-year-old “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star that they “can still hook up.” But having a serious relationship with each other is “off the table.”

According to the Daily Star, the insider further told the publication that Kardashian was devastated during Christmas over the split. But her family reportedly seemed relieved about it.

[They] liked James but worried she was too invested in him at a fragile time," the source told OK! magazine.

Harden and Kardashian have reportedly not been spotted hanging out together since November. While they have yet to comment on the real status of their relationship, it’s believed their fall-out is caused by Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom.

The “Strong Looks Better Naked” author has been the ever-supportive wife since Odom was hospitalised after being found unconscious from a drug overdose in a Nevada brothel in October. She has continued to stick to the former NBA star’s bedside as he continues to recuperate.

However, this is not the first time that Harden and Kardashian were rumoured to have split. Back in October they were also reported to have broken up, when it was reported that Odom and Kardashian was bound for a romantic reconciliation after she decided to withdraw her divorce from Odom.

However, a source told E! News at that time that Harden and the reality TV star were very much still together. The source claimed the 25-year-old basketball player has remained very understanding of Kardashian’s situation and continues to support her as she sticks to Odom’s side. They reportedly never broke up.
