Spoiler alert: This update contains “Jane The Virgin” Season 2 spoilers. Details include the synopsis of “Chapter Forty-One” which airs on The CW on April 25.
There are a number of good news for Jane in “Chapter Forty.” She has finally picked a wedding dress (again) soon after she and her mom reconciled. And despite a meltdown with her advisor, Jane was still allowed for another year in the graduate program. On top of that, Michael told her he wants to be closer to baby Mateo. (Fans must have gasped when Mateo called Michael ‘Dada’ in front of a very hurt Rafael!)
Toward the end of “Chapter Forty,” however, there’s a disturbing hint that Michael is in trouble (again). Someone is discreetly taking numerous photos of Michael while he is helping Jane into the car. It appears Michael is under deep surveillance. Who is behind this – old character, a returning one or someone new?
Here are the highlights of “Jane The Virgin” Season 2, Episode 19 (“Chapter Forty-One”) synopsis:- Jane tries to earn more cash by taking on extra shifts at The Marbella.
- Rafael (Justin Baldoni) and Jane discuss a formal custody agreement for baby Mateo.
- Xo gets an acting job and stars with Rogelio (Jaime Camil).
- Michael’s boss talks to him about a newspaper story on him and Sin Rostro.

Fans of the series and Gina Rodriguez might want to get the May 2016 issue of Women’s Health magazine. Rodriguez covers the magazine in a fun black and white ensemble. Inside, Rodriguez speaks out about women being hard on themselves when it comes to their body image.
“It’s like we women consciously decide we’re going to be mean to ourselves,” she told Women’s Health. “But you’re your own hero, not some image you can’t live up to.” Rodriguez added she is using her social media accounts as platform for promoting self-love and a healthy body image.
“Jane The Virgin” Season 2 airs Mondays on The CW.
