Is this for Selena Gomez? Justin Bieber has got another tattoo and it says "Love." Our first thoughts after seeing this new arm tattoo on Justin Bieber's arm was that it is a love tattoo that Justin got in celebration to winning her lady love back to him. The tattoo is a reminder of the good times the couple spent together and will be something to remember when the Justin-Selena reunion happened.

The "Believe" singer Instagrammed the picture of his new tattoo which adores his arm right now. See it here. The tattoo has a funny smiling face - a jester inked along with the letter "Love" in designer fonts. This is Justin Bieber's 23rd tattoo and the singer is proud to be showing it off. The jester tattoo was unveiled by the singer sometime back as he proudly posted a picture of him and Selena sharing a cosy moment but the word "Love" was not there then. Maybe Justin got it inked to his forearm in the presence of Selena Gomez?

More recently Justin also unveiled another tattoo to his fans on Instagram - a compass, which sits on his right tricep and shows a black-and-white dial pointing to south - east direction. Does this tattoo mean that Justin is going in the right direction when he reconciled with Selena Gomez?
