"Jelena" fans rejoice because rumour has it Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are on talking terms once again. Could this pave way to a possible romantic reconciliation? Well, that's what the Canadian crooner is allegedly hoping for.

After their big break up a few months back, Selena Gomez had given up on Justin Bieber up to the point of ignoring all his calls. However, news has it that all thanks to the "Heartbreaker" song, Selena Gomez's' heart strings have been moved which led to her answering Justin's calls again.

"It was raw, just him singing and it totally got to her," says a source to Hollywood Life, adding, "She wasn't talking to him, but after she listened to the song, they started talking again."

By the looks of it, Justin is working hard to get back together with Selena Gomez.

"Justin is going hard to get her back. They weren't talking but he wore her down again and she's taking his calls again. She wants to keep it strictly friends, but it's a slippery slope on that because they have such intense chemistry, she's just built up walls to protect herself," reveals the source.

However, Selena's friends think Justin simply wants to keep the communication open in hopes of her being his booty call. Gomez's friends wish Selena would simply keep Justin in the "friend zone."

Of course, all her friends are hoping she'll stay strong and keep him in the friend zone," added the source.

As for Justin, the Canadian singer certainly has got good game in trying to win back Selena Gomez. Bieber did release the "Heartbreaker" song on October 7 which coincidentally was the same date he and Selena had their first date. If the song doesn't win back Selena, Justin has a few other moves up his sleeve.
