Jenifer Aniston has just recently obtained a restraining order against a man who was apprehended after lurking around her Hollywood Hills house last week. The man had a sharp object, duct tape and is deemed violent, according to TMZ.

The documents say that Jason Peyton, 24, was seen on July 15 "laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents with a 'sharp object, a bag, a roll of duct tape and written messages about [Aniston]."

According to Aniston's lawyers, Peyton tried to locate the Hollywood star's whereabouts for 8 days. When the police caught him, they found messages saying "I LOVE YOU JENNIFER ANISTON" carved on the paint of his car.

Documents obtained by TMZ says that "Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker -- with a history of violence and criminal stalking -- who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry [Aniston], with whom he believes he is in a relationship."

He was put on a 5150 psychiatric hold following his arrest.

The restraining order stated that Peyton must keep a distance of 100 yards from Aniston's home, places of work and vehicles. He is also to stay away from her employees, agents, managers and other representatives.

Peyton left a note for his dad on June 25 in Pennsylvania where he wrote that he was heading to California. His dad knew that he was going to look for Aniston and immediately informed the authorities that his son was in L.A. in search for the actress.

In the past, Peyton had been violent. He stabbed himself and hit his mother with a golf club. He has been institutionalized before and took antipsychotic drugs but stopped taking them in March.

Peyton believes he's related to Oprah, Nelson Mandela, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox, Bill and Melinda Gates, President George Bush (both of them) and Donald Trump.
