The 44 year old friends star is always in the headlines but this time it is for her "No make-up" look that she posted on Instagram.

The F.R.I.E.N.Ds star posted a photo with her hairstylist Chris Mcmillan and man does she look fabulous without make up. The star captioned the photo saying ""Best #friends #no makeup #girl-time,"

Her healthy glowing skin is something that all women would envy. The fiancé of Justin Theroux had mentioned that she does prefer the "natural look" as part of her beauty regimen. This may be the reason why she looks great with or without it.

During her interview with Marie Claire, the star had mentioned that:

"For my wedding, I wouldn't do an updo, but I think a veil is always pretty. I like loose and natural hair because it goes against the formality of the dress. Loose, like, 'I just got out of bed, maybe had a romp' hair."

Aniston had shared her secret to her gorgeous glowing skin in the July issue of the New York Magazine. The star had said that:

"I can never stress enough to my friends that they must do as I do ... hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink lots of water, get enough sleep, exercise, and eat a clean healthy diet, whenever possible. I think sometimes women may be overcleansing their skin. Some products and masks can be too aggressive and irritating for certain skin types," I believe the more simple, natural, and easy the skin care regime, the better off your skin will be."

Well, maybe we should all take a leaf from Aniston's book to flawless skin as she really does look good.
