Jennifer Aniston's fake wedding gown picture on Facebook fools fans
There is a frenzied curiosity about Jennifer Aniston's wedding gown. And when a picture of a bride dressed in a wedding gown started circulating, the fans thought it is the actress in her bridal finery. The fans, however, soon realised that they have been fooled into thinking that the photo features Aniston.
They, however, cannot be blamed for getting excited, as in the photo, the bride is seen standing with her face turned away from the camera. Also the photo was first shared on an unverified Jennifer Aniston fan's Facebook page, according to Hello. Many fans thought that it is the real account and Aniston's rep. must have released the photo.
The picture that fooled many can still be seen on the page. It features a blonde dressed in an ivory wedding gown, and her face cannot be seen as she is showing her back to the camera. The mermaid gown features lace sleeves, a revealing V low-cut back and a long flowing train. The super-glam bride is wearing her honey blonde tresses into a high ponytail.
According to reports, the picture has been taken from the official website of Dimitrius Dalia, a haute couture wedding dress designer from Israel, and the gown is from the 2014 collection. On the site, there are three more pictures of the model in the same gown. In one of the photos, the model's face can be seen, and there is another close shot from behind.
Aniston, 46, married her longtime fiancé Justin Theroux in a surprise ceremony at their Bel Air mansion on Aug. 5. The very private actress has not yet shared any details of her big day. The couple kept their big day under wraps and guests were told they would be celebrating Justin’s 44th birthday. Some guests, who thought they were going to a barbecue, apparently even showed up in jeans.
It was earlier reported that Jennifer Aniston shunned tradition and opted for a boho-inspired, flowing summer dress. “It was very simple, but beautiful. It wasn’t a white color -- it was like off-white, cream color,” a source said to People, adding “very classy, fitted well and simple.”
Meanwhile, Versace, Gucci and Vivienne Westwood’s representatives confirmed that they did not design Aniston’s wedding dress, and Saint Laurent said “No comment” to WWD when asked about the wedding gown. The “Friends” actress is reportedly a huge fan of the label, especially the minis. She’s also turned to the designers at Valentino for a variety of her major red-carpet appearances.
