Actress Jennifer Garner is pregnant and this will be the third child for the "Arthur" actress and her husband of five years, Ben Affleck. The couple welcomed daughter Violet in December 2005 and then Seraphina was born in January 2009.

As they get ready for welcoming another baby in the family, how does Garner - who will appear next in the ensemble comedy "Butter" opposite Ty Burrell, Ashley Greene, Hugh Jackman and Olivia Wilde - juggle motherhood with her busy acting career?

"She's always wanted three kids," a source tells US Weekly. "This was her plan all along." The couple, who are doting parents to two daughters Violet and Seraphina, is thrilled to be expecting their third child when they confirmed to the Associated Press.

Garner and Affleck, both 39, have each spoken of being hands-on parents. After Seraphina's arrival, Garner said juggling acting and motherhood gave her a split personality.

"I feel like half my brain is somewhere else all the time but when the camera's rolling, I pull it together and focus for two minutes and then I kind of turn back to a ditz again," the actress shared.

Now that a new sibling is on his or her way to join their daughters, experienced parents Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck sure know how to cope. "You have to have a great nanny and you have to have a supportive husband," Garner told Us in April.

"We figure it out day by day. It's always messy and it's never as glamorous as people think it is, but we get through, and as long as the kids are happy, it's all good," the actress further added.

Giving advice on parenting, Garner is more than willing to share what she has learned from experience.

"Snacks. We have snacks in the car. We have candy in the car," the actress, in Toronto where her well-received new movie, Butter, played the film festival, tells USA Today.

"Find ways to be as comfortable as possible and just go with it," says Garner. "It's not an illness, being pregnant. I'm in the easiest part of it," she further added.

Besides the satisfaction of having a happy family, Garner is also delighted with the response to her movie. Aside from Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Garner is also a living proof that a woman can have a career and at the same time does not neglect the responsibility of taking care of a family.
