Jennifer Lawrence has just bought a new property in Beverly Hills mansion. She made the deal for a whopping figure of $8.225 million.
As per ENews, the house earlier belonged to Jessica Simpson which was bought later by a property dealer who further sold it to the national sensation. The house has some serious national pedigree with past list of owners such as Paul Hogan, Tom and Kathy Freston, Ellen Degeneres, and Rick Yorn, told by Forbes.
The house is perched in one of the most exclusive gated community with some of the top A-list celebrities living in vicinity with neighbors like Ashton Kucher and Mila Kunis along with their new born daughter.
The property is walled and kept away from the eyes of passerby. Once inside, the ground is made into stone courtyard that flaunts a koi pond.
Made with French style architecture and mastery, the house is spread over 5500 square foot area and was built in 1991. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an office with a restaurant style kitchen and gym. Backyard of the house is also a stone courtyard and well fitted with a swimming pool.
This Beverly Hills mansion which is now the actress’ bachelorette pad was customized with inputs provided by Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic couture, as told by Daily Mail. "The Hunger Games" actress also known as JLaw by her fans and supporters has an upcoming movie which is expected to be in theatres by next month due to which she is quite busy with the film’s promo tours.
JLaw is currently spotted several times with her current beau Chris Martin. However, the couple has not made any official statement yet regarding the issue. The purchase of property is in lines with her current beau Chris Martin who recently bought $7 million worth house in California.
