In a new interview, Jennifer Lawrence opened up about her weight and revealed that she will never starve herself for a role.

The 22-year-old star of the hit movie "Hunger Games" tells Elle US magazine that she has a "healthy appetite" and would never force herself to go hungry for a role. Jennifer also said that if she thinks about Hollywood standards, she then is considered a "fat actress."

"In Hollywood, I'm obese. I'm considered a fat actress," Jennifer told the fashion magazine. "I eat like a caveman. I'll be the only actress who doesn't have anorexia rumors."

Jennifer adds that unlike other stars like Mila Kunis, Anne Hathaway and Natalie Portman who have all shed weight for a role, she said she will not be interested in a film that would force her to lose weight.

"I'm never going to starve myself for a part. I keep waiting for that one role to come along that scares me enough into dieting, and it just can't happen. I'm invincible," she said. "I don't want little girls to be like, 'Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I'm going to skip dinner.'"

Jennifer said that she understands that young girls take actresses today as their role models and she is aware of the kind of message she wants to give to her fans.

"That's something that I was really conscious of during training, when you're trying to get your body to look exactly right. I was trying to get my body to look fit and strong, not thin and underfed," she added.

Talking about her British actor boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult, she confessed that she considers him as her best friend and hopes that he feels the same way too.

"[My boyfriend] is honestly my best friend, and hopefully I'm his best friend too. He's my favorite person to be around and makes me laugh harder than anybody," Jennifer gushed. "We can eat Cheetos and watch beach volleyball and we turn into two perverted Homer Simpsons, like, 'Oh, she's got a nice ass.' I never thought we'd have such different opinions on asses."
