Jennifer Lopez has called herself a "love addict" in her latest interview with Self magazine and says she is trying to change this attitude of hers in the year 2015. The actress says she is scared of being alone but is trying how to love herself. The 45-year-old actress and singer also defends dating younger men and looks great wearing white revealing outfits on the cover of the magazine, which can be seen here.

The "Booty" singer, who has recently ended her relationship with a much younger partner Casper Smart, told the magazine that it is high time people should change their attitude on elder women dating younger men. Jennifer defended her actions and asks if men can date younger women, why it is considered "big deal" when women try to date younger men. The Latin beauty believes that all the old clichés need to change as women now are in the same position as men are. "We are desirable older, we can date younger guys and it's not this big taboo. Men have been doing this for years, and it's no big deal," said Lopez, according to Daily Mail.

The brunette beauty confessed that earlier she used to find a new partner the moment she would break off with one guy to subdue the pain of loosing a man. "When you have that much pain, you have to anesthetise yourself in some ways. People do different things. Some go out and party and sleep around, but that's just not my way," said Lopez, according to the website.

However the "Booty" singer is now trying to love herself, face her fear of being alone and is no more in a rush to date the next man. The men in Jennifer's life include Cris Judd, Ojani Noa and most recently Marc Anthony, with whom she has her twins Max and Emme. Jennifer also dated 27-year-old dancer Casper Smart for two and half years but split with him in June this year.

The "Waiting For Tonight" singer looks extremely fit on the cover page of Self magazine where she poses showing her workout. The mother-of-two shows off her washboard abs and her toned body wearing a cropped white top and a tiny panty. In other shot she wears a baggy lower in white and a white vest.
