Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. are returning as judges of “American Idol” Season 15. Recently, Lopez took to Instagram to share a photo of herself while filming the last season of the singing competition series created by Simon Fuller.

“Day 2 the #dressingroomseries #americanidol,” Lopez captioned the photo, which she posted on Nov. 19, Thursday. The upcoming season will mark Lopez’s fifth time to serve as an “American Idol” judge.

“American Idol” Season 15 will premiere on Jan. 6, 2016. It will mark Urban’s fourth time as a judge and Connick Jr.’s third time as a judge.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Lopez talked about the first time she knew she had realised her dreams. She said that it was probably in 2014 when she felt that she made it in show business after she bought her first apartment in New York.

“I used to dream about that when I was growing up in The Bronx,” Lopez said. She is also set to reunite with Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson, her former “American Idol” co-judges in the 10th and 11th seasons of the show.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Ryan Seacrest confirmed that all former judges of “American Idol” will return for the final season. He said, “I've spoken to all of them recently and we as a team have talked to them about coming back to do something for the final season. They are going to do it it's just a matter of figuring what to do with them.”

This means that Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Mariah Carey, Ellen DeGeneres, Nicki Minaj and Kara DioGuardi will also be featured in “American Idol” Season 15. It is yet to be confirmed if all the former winners of the competition will appear as guests.

After Kelly Clarkson, the 13 other former “American Idol” winners are Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Hicks, Jordin Sparks, David Cook, Kris Allen, Lee DeWyze, Scotty McCreery, Phillip Phillips, Candice Glover, Caleb Johnson and Nick Fradiani. Among the most successful runner-ups are Jennifer Hudson and Chris Daughtry.
