'American Idol' Judge Jennifer Lopez is allegedly sued for sexting a man named Rico Rodriguez who claimed the actress tricked him to send nude photos of himself. Rodriguez is suing the Hollywood actress with the whopping $10,000.

He noted the 'Jenny from the Block' singer started writing to him in 2008 and requested him to send photos of himself without clothes. The actress reportedly said to the letters she is planning to leave her husband.

But after his claims of JLO sexting him, the letters got traced back to a P.O. Box of a 53-year-old woman. The woman was obviously not JLO and anyone can sign the actress' name at the bottom of the letter.

When asked about this issue, JLO's reps replied: "This is a small claims matter that appears to be a desperate attempt for notoriety. Lopez has never seen or met the plaintiff, nor has she ever communicated with him. We believe this matter should be summarily dismissed."

American Idol Comeback

The actress doesn't have any time with these false accusations as the new season of 'American Idol' started Wednesday. The returning judge was joined by newcomer jazz crooner Harry Connick Jr. and country crooner Keith Urban.

The 'On The Floor' singer revealed recently that she feared to be a 'giggling fool' when both of her co-judges are making her laugh. ''I love being between these two guys, I love being on the panel with these guys, they do have a lot of banter going on," Lopez said.

"They make me laugh, I think the danger this season is not to come off like a giggling fool, because they make me laugh so much, we really are having a good time. They're awesome," she added.

JLO's return to "American Idol' was announced in September 2013 after her exit from the show to focus on her acting and music career. Now that she is back, Lopez is ready to take on the challenge as one of the judges and help boost up the declining presence of the show.
