Jennifer Lopez's stunning weight loss had shocked all her fans. She had dropped two sizes from size four to size two and had lost ten pounds. The 45-year-old singer, actress and producer follows an all-vegan, diary-free, and gluten-free diet that allowed her to shed weight easily.
According to the US Weekly, the twenty two day vegan diet plan from Marco Borges helped cleanse and detox her body and also made it possible for her to get rid of the excess weight. She said that she could get rid of the "really stubborn eight to ten pounds," thanks to the diet.
Her breakfast included millet cereal topped with bananas, blueberries. After which, she would have almond milk, for the energy. For lunch, her menu included healthy foods like kale salad with red peppers. Zucchini pasta, topped with vegan cheese and tomatoes, made up her dinner. But after achieving the ten pound weight loss, Lopez has added fish back into her diet, reported Fox News Latino.

According to the report, the star's derriere had caught the media attention and also the attention of other celebrities, way back in the '90s. Also stating that some thought her voluptuous posterior was unnatural, but with an X-ray as her proof, she showed the world that her figure was indeed natural.
A body like hers would have to be maintained and she has done a great job in keeping herself fit. In an interview with the US Weekly, she revealed that she is not an exercise lover and her six hour dance rehearsals make up for her lost time at the gym.
But Jennifer does her workout as well; her trainer Tracy Anderson told Allure Magazine that to keep herself in shape, her workouts change every 10 days. Her routine includes nine to 13 different exercises concentrating on her muscular structure work. Dance and aerobics are very good to keep fat off the thighs and hips, she explained. "I keep her butt toned and in position. We do planks, moving the legs and butt at different angles," said Anderson.
Jennifer is very optimistic and has a positive body image. She explained that during her pregnancy she had put on weight on her thighs and hips and thought she would never be the same again. She told the Telegraph that when she had a baby, her thighs were so out of proportion till her ankles. But crediting Anderson's workout that included cardio and other exercises, she said it helped her lose a lot of weight.
Lopez is also health conscious and does not consume alcohol and stays away from cigarettes. She said, "I am a big-portion control person." No matter what her determination and self motivation to hit the gym, despite not liking it and following a rigorous diet plan by suppressing her temptations are her secrets to weight loss.
