Jenny McCarthy is turning 40 in November, but she has a Playboy cover to prove that ageing beautifully is her thing.

The "Love in the Wild" reality show host shows off her great body in her sixth Playboy cover. The July/August issue also carries McCarthy's seventh Playboy photo spread.

Obviously pleased with the results of the pictorial with photographer Steve Shaw, McCarthy tells People magazine, "The pictures are really gorgeous and classy."

"They're really elegant. It's probably a lot more sophisticated than a lot of the stuff you'd see of people with their clothes on," McCarthy says.

McCarthy also says a strict diet was not part of her preparation for the Playboy shoot.

"The one thing I like about Playboy is they don't have the anorexic look ... The women are voluptuous," McCarthy notes, adding she just "wanted to tone up" for the pictorial.

McCarthy first covered Playboy in 1993. She did her last cover in 2005.

McCarthy's decision to bring her looks again to Playboy seems to have been carefully considered.

She has told Today show: "I figured [I'd pose for the Playboy cover] one more time before everything really falls apart. Why not? [10-year-old autistic son] Evan's tuition was really expensive this year."

McCarthy also recently tweeted: "Why should only 20 yr olds be considered sexy? Let's (hear) it for the MILFs."

McCarthy is currently dating linebacker Brian Urlacher from the Chicago Bears. She used to date Jim Carrey, who she said is terribly missed by her son since their split.

"I think you can love people from a distance and respect him. But as a mother, you just hope when you have a relationship with someone, it has nothing to do with the child when you break up," she said on "The Howard Stern Show."

The July/August issue of Playboy will be available on newsstands this Friday, June 29.
