Jessica Simpson has just gotten married to Eric Johnson, the daddy of 2 year old daughter Maxwell and 1 year old son Ace. She looked radiant and healthy in her Carolina Herrera gown and apparently didn't limit herself to a vegan diet before her wedding but in fact, was even eating fried chicken on fourth of July!

Jessica looked gorgeous on her wedding day and the Weight Watchers spokeswoman has been reported on several occasions to have switched to a vegan diet two weeks before her wedding to get to top shape. The singer has struggled with her weight in the past particularly after each of her children were born and she had gone on a Weight Watchers program to lose a lot of the baby weight after the birth of her daughter when she was said to have lost up to 60 lbs. The program focuses more on portion control and moderation as opposed to more extreme restrictions.

To supplement her vegan diet, she apparently also got B12 shots according to a report by US weekly. The report further states that she got a sugar dermabrasion treatment for her face.

While other reports have come in with various possible crash diets she may or may not have tried before her wedding, she apparently enjoyed some fried chicken at a fourth of July barbecue just before her wedding and never went on a vegan diet according to a report by E! News.

The couple served some short ribs during their wedding reception which Jessica didn't shy away from and traditional southern fare of chicken and waffles was served during their post wedding brunch the E! source reveals. The wedding feasting kicked off at a rehearsal dinner on Thursday night and went non-stop through 4th of July, the wedding reception and all the way to Sunday brunch.

The ceremony took place at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito California on July 5 with only a fairly modest guest list of under 300 people. The ceremony was a family affair with the singer's father officiating and her mom and sister Ashlee acting as her maids of honour. Even the kids were part of the entourage with Maxwell acting as a flower girl and baby Ace was the official ring bearer.
