Jessica Simpson's wedding with Eric Johnson was no less then a family drama. Her father Joe Simpson reportedly brought alleged boyfriend Jonathan Keith to the wedding, thus upsetting Jessica'a mother.

Reportedly, 55-year-old Joe brought 21-year-old Jonathan as his guest and sparked major controversy.

Jess' mom was hurt," Hollywood Gossip qouted an insider from In Touch magazine.

Joe and Tina Simpson called it quits in 2012 and that time it was rumored that Joe's alleged relationship with young boys led to issues between the couple. Though there is no confirmation to these reports and on many occasions Joe is understood to have said that Jonathan is just a young model he is mentoring.

However, Jessica is said to be really happy with her father's alleged relationship as per Hollywood Gossip.

"She wants him to be happy. It would have been easy for her to not invite her dad plus one to the wedding, but she wanted Joe to bring his special pal," a source revealed to the Web site about Joe's alleged relationship.

Jessica's Simpson's wedding was no more a fairy tale wedding as per the reports. On Jessica's wedding, her mother and daughter were bridesmaids where as Johnson's father was the best man.

The pair exchanged traditional vows in the ceremony officiated by Simpson's father.

"Before I walked out, I kept hearing all the applause, so my kids got standing ovations!" said Simpson's Tina about the wedding to People.

"I saw my gorgeous wife coming towards me and she was crying," said Johnson, about Jessica. "I think my heart was exploding a little bit."

For the wedding Johnson had worn charcoal gray John Varvatos tuxedo whereas Simpson wore stunning Carolina Herrera wedding gown.

The wedding had more tan 275 guests and it took place in San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.

"It's so surreal. This has been something we've wanted ever since we met," Simpson further said about her wedding to the magazine.
