After the controversial lawsuit yesterday which spread like wildfire about John Travolta sexually harassing a masseur, here comes another blow.

Alleged masseur victim number two filed a sex assault lawsuit which, like the first one, amounts to $2 million and is handled by a similar attorney. This second John Doe claims that he has sufficient documents as proof and several witnesses to stand by his accusations of the 58-year-old actor.

Travolta's Side Speaks Up

It was John Travolta's spokesman who denied all accusations since the emergence of the first case, attesting that all these are fabricated. They have plans of filing a countersuit against the plaintiffs.

On January 28, 2012, the actor claims that he was at the Atlanta Resort when the second alleged assault happened being an 'in room massage.' During that time, Travolta said he was finishing his latest movie, 'Killing Season.'

As for the first lawsuit, the actor's reps said that Travolta was not even in Cali where the incident happened and on the date stated. The first John Doe said that they were in the actor's personal bungalow of the Beverly Hills Hotel.

More John Travolta Gay Rumours

Reports of John Travolta being a bi-sexual and his alleged gay encounters have been spreading since his newbie days in the 70s. The alleged sexual assault victim number one shared that the actor told him his gay encounters started even when he was still working on the sitcom 'Welcome Back Kotter.'

John Travolta is a known Hollywood actor who is married to actress Kelly Preston.
