Hollywood actor Johnny Depp and long-time partner Vanessa Paradis have announced their split but according to recent reports, the two was spotted spending a lot of time together by going on a family holiday in the South of France with their two children.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor and French singer Vanessa Paradis had been together for 14 years before the couple announced their split last June. Depp was also constantly claimed to be having a relationship with actress Amber Heard, his co-star in the film "The Rum Diary." Despite their split, Depp and Paradis remained close throughout the break-up and the two were on good terms with each other for the sake of their children, Lily Rose and Jack.

The 49-year old actor flew all the way to France to reunite with Vanessa Paradis at their $5 million worth of mansion. According to reports, the rumored reunited couple has been frequently spotted outside together and they appeared to be quite friendly. Depp and Paradis was even seen holding hands as they spend some quality time together with their lovely children at the Plan de la Tour market just near their home in Provence.

"They were both relieved they got along well," a source close to the pair told Us Weekly. The source further revealed that when the family appeared at the market in late July, they were practically joking around.

"At one point, Johnny held Vanessa's hand," the source shared.

Are they really back together? Well, even though there are pleasant gestures between the two, it does not necessarily mean or indicate that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are reunited. It may appear that the pair is only positively looking forward and not backward with the status of their relationship especially when their kids are involved. Being just friends may be better for the pair but if they really got back together, it would be great news for their family, friends and especially their children.
