Julia Roberts might sign herself up in the long list of celebs who have and wishes to guest star in Glee.

The "Pretty Woman" actress talks to E! Online during the premiere of "August: Osage County" about appearing in the FOX hit series created by Ryan Murphy. She says she's game for it "(o)nly if [Murphy] wants to take the empire down."

She even suggests a plot line for her proposed appearance.

"If he came up with a some funny soap opera back from the dead moment for the last vestiges of the entire series, wouldn't that be fun!" she said.

Turns out, Roberts is already connected to Murphy years ago. He has directed her in the movie "Eat Pray Love" and in the made-for-TV film adaptation of the play "The Normal Heart." The film is about the dawn of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and Roberts plays the doctor who discovers just how serious this disease could be.

Meanwhile, Roberts sits down with Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show, and the latter brought up a headline she read on the tabloid that the former was expecting. Roberts replies with "How optimistic and encouraging of you, Ellen."

She even jokes further about calling to her husband Danny Moder to tell the "news."

"Somebody get my husband on the phone! This is no way for him to find out!" Roberts exclaims.

But on a more serious note, Roberts insists to DeGeneres and to her audience that all the pregnancy rumors milling in the tabloids are completely false.

"I'm not pregnant. Half the people in the audience are like... is that true?"

Roberts already has three children -- nine-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus from her previous marriage and six-year-old Henry, all from her husband Danny Moder. Prior to her Ellen appearance, she has also denied pregnancy rumors during her recent interview with David Letterman.
