Will we be able to see Natalie Portman after giving birth to son Aleph in "Jupiter Ascending?"

Directors Andy Wachowski and Lana Wachowski were said to be courting Portman to star in their new sci-fi film. The Oscar-winning actress was said to be seriously considering the film that would mark her first project after giving birth and a reunion with Portman and the Wachowski siblings.

The three first worked together in 2006 for "V for Vendetta." Now the Wachowskis are said to be courting again for the upcoming sci-fi project. This is not only the projects attached to Portman. There were also reports that she was considered for "Thor 2 " and a documentary based on Jonathan Safran Foer's veganism book, "Eating Animals." Portman is a known vegetarian.

Production of the film will start this fall that will give Portman more time with her son. It seems that she is a very hands-on mom with her fiancé Benjamin Millepied at her side. Last Jan. 8, the cute family of three went to the farmer's market to check the local produce. The couple took turns in carrying their six-month-old son. Portman was later seen carrying Aleph in a sling around her neck as the pair picked up some groceries at the market.

Despite being very young, Aleph is already a well-travelled child and he spent a few days earlier this month in his mother's home country of Israel. Natalie, who was born in Jerusalem, was accompanied by Benjamin and Aleph on her trip home, where she introduced her son to her relatives in the country.

After giving birth to baby Aleph, Natalie has been thinking what to do when she returns to the screen.
