'Justified' Season 6 Series Finale 'The Promise' Spoilers: Raylan, Ava And Boyd Will Face Off For The Last Time
"Justified" starring Timothy Olyphant (Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens), Walton Goggins (Boyd Crowder), Joelle Carter (Ava Crowder), Jacob Pitts (Deputy U.S. Marshal Tim Gutterson), Erica Tazel (Deputy U.S. Marshal Rachel Brooks), Natalie Zea (Winona Hawkins), Nick Searcy (Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Art Mullen), Rick Gomez (ADA David Vasquez), Patton Oswalt (Constable Bob Sweeney) and Jere Burns (Wynn Duffy), will air the episode titled “The Promise” on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 10:00 p.m., ET/PT on the FX Networks.
This episode is about Raylan, Boyd and Ava’s last showdown. After the "Collateral" episode that was aired on April 7, 2015 wherein Ava went missing, Boyd and Raylan will come across each other again.

TV Guide reports that in this episode, Ava, Boyd and Raylan will have one final battle and whoever wins gets to live as well as get out of Harlan. Things could get ugly, violent and bloody in this deadly face-off between the archrivals of Harlan, Kentucky.
The Internet Movie Database, or IMDb reports that “The Promise” will feature several guest stars including Kaitlyn Dever (Loretta McCready), Sam Elliott (Avery Markham), Mel Fair (Nelson Dunlop), Robert Neary (Crosley), Mark Parrish (Prison Guard), Jeffrey Pierce (Lapiccola) and Jonathan Tucker (Boon).
Joelle Carter, the actress who portrays Ava Crowder, recently spoke with Washington Post about the show’s Series Finale, including her reaction when she saw the last pages of the script.
“We did it!” Carter said in the Washington Post report.
Carter also said that they had a lot to say thanks to the “Justified” writers. She mentioned that they shot a lot of scenes out of sequence especially after episode 10 "Trust." It was mostly because Walton Goggins, the actor who plays Boyd Crowder is part of “The Hateful Eight” by Quentin Tarantino and he could only go back to shoot a few scenes with them. When Carter was asked about the last scene that they filmed, she confessed that she can’t really say much about it because she signed a confidentiality agreement.
