The couple can't live without each other but they are not in the right state of mind to reunite so they have taken a easier way out of being friends with benefits.

A source has stated to Hollywoodlife .com that at present their relationship is on hold and they both are basking in the glory of singledom but won't mind hooking up when in the same city.

Beiber who did not come to the 2013 Teen Choice Awards to show his support for Selena, can't move on from her. May be this is why they want to be 'sort of together but not all that together'.
