Justin Bieber Arrested On Charges Of DUI And Drag-Racing
Justin Bieber was arrested on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) and drag racing early Thursday morning in Miami Beach. The Canadian tween heartthrob’s entourage allegedly used their cars to block the traffic and allow him to drag race in a Lamborghini.
According to the Miami Herald, tests showed that the 19-year-old singer was under the influence of drugs when he was arrested. He was incoherent, had his hands in his pocket, and did not have a valid license. He also resisted arrest without violence.
“When the cars are going that fast, it takes awhile to catch up,” Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the paper.

Bieber is now at the police station and will be taken to county jail for processing.
Police sources added to TMZ that police are conducting further sobriety tests to determine his blood alcohol level. Bieber was apparently given a field sobriety test at the scene and failed.
He also had a model as a passenger in the car. The person he was racing was also arrested.
Bieber has been in Miami since Monday, where he reportedly spent $75,000 at a strip club.
On January 14, his Calabasas, California mansion was raided after he was suspected of hurling eggs and causing tens of thousands of damages to a neighbour’s house. His friend, Lil Za, was arrested for possession of drugs.
