Justin Bieber’s hit song, “One Less Lonely Girl” is now the center of royalties battle between two artist managers and the song’s record companies and their clients who wrote the songs.

Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria served as managers for “One Less Lonely Girl” songwriters, Sean Hamilton and Hyuk Shin.

And both filed a lawsuit last week against Hamilton and Shin and the song’s record companies, EMI Music Publishing and the LA Reid Music Publishing Company.

The lawsuit came said the artist managers following the failure of their clients, Hamilton and Shin to pay them the duly agreed 10% publishing profits from Justin Bieber’s hit song.

The artist managers strongly asserted that their clients have both stiffed them with an estimated $200,000 in profits.

Hamilton and Shin - - who both came under the name, A-Rex - - created Bieber’s song in 2008. The final version when it was picked up by Bieber’s team, according to Aceshowbiz, was credited to Hamilton, Sheen, the teen’s mentor, Usher and two other songwriters.

Court documents show, said The Hollywood Reporter that Tate and Oliveria are seeking damages for ‘breach of contract, fraud, conversion, and copyright infringement’.
