Canadian pop star Justin Bieber defended his bodyguard by claiming that he did not throw a man down the stairs of the Perth Hyatt Hotel in Australia. Bieber's bodyguard was accused of taking his security job a little too far by going to extreme measures to protect Bieber. The victim of the bodyguard's supposed assault was said to be a "Belieber" fan's father.

The Australia (WA) Police reportedly responded to the said incident. But, according to TMZ, a WA Police representative has said that they are not aware of the any incident involving Bieber's bodyguard and a father of one of Bieber's fans.

Earlier reports say that the "Belieber" fan's dad reacted to Bieber's security team because they allegedly disrespected his daughter. This prompted the dad to yell at Bieber's bodyguard, who in turn threw him out of the door with a flight of stairs behind it.

TMZ also reported that sources close to Bieber told them that the fan's father along with his children wanted to meet Justin and actually demanded the Perth Hyatt Hotel to show Bieber to them. Obviously, that didn't happen and the father threw a tantrum and started yelling.

That was when he was escorted out of the hotel building. But, it was done properly and he was not thrown down the stairs!

Justin and his bodyguards are in the spotlight lately for different antics during the "Believe" World Tour.

In Australia alone, Bieber and his security team have been making the news for their inappropriate behaviour. Aside from Bieber vandalising the QT Gold Coast Hotel, his bodyguards reportedly attacked a surfer in Byron Bay and a paparazzo in his vehicle, which was caught on camera.

However, it's not all bad news for Justin Bieber and his bodyguards. After his "Believe" Australian Tour, he took some time out of his busy schedule to visit the survivors of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) in Tacloban, Leyte. Bieber performed some songs for them and even played basketball with the kids.

Some pictures also show Justin having a good time just hanging out with the Typhoon Haiyan survivors, smiling and laughing with them and hugging some of them (Click HERE to see photo). At least, he managed to spread some cheer to them especially now that Christmas is fast approaching. No reports of bad behaviour both from Bieber and his bodyguards were reported when he was in the Philippines.
