Justin Bieber, winner of four American Music Awards, will headline a fundraising campaign for Children's Miracle Network charity which aims to raise funds for 170 children's hospital across North America.

Saying that he is in a position to give back,as a way to show appreciation to fans and to God, Bieber would donate a portion of proceeds from his new "My Worlds Acoustic" album to Children Miracle Network. The album will be released in time for Black Friday sales (Nov. 26), on Wal-Mart stores, and Walmart.com.

Justin Bieber's new album features "Pray" performed by the Canadian singer at the AMAs last weekend. The singer said that he wrote the song with helping others in mind.

"I wrote 'Pray' thinking I wanted to help others and I feel like I have a responsibility to do so. What is the point of doing all this if you can't make a difference in others' lives? This album is a gift to my fans and the money raised from it allows us all to help out," said the 16 year old singer.

Bieber first worked with Children's Miracle Network in September 2009. He performed at the 3rd annual Island Def Jam Rocks Times Square for Children's Miracle Network at the Hard Rock Café in New York City.

"Justin's generous contributions from his new album will make a meaningful difference in saving lives of the children treated at our children's hospitals," said Scott Burt, President and CEO, Children's Miracle Network.

"As an organization that donates the most money of any charity to children's hospitals around the country, we are extremely grateful for his support. With the proceeds, we will be able to create even more miracles for children."

Donations to Children's Miracle Network will fund medical care, research and education for the benefit of children in 170 children hospital in North America. Each individual contribution stays within the community, allowing the local participating children's hospital to use the funds wherever they are needed most.
