The infamous white sports car of Selena Gomez's on-again-off-again boyfriend is making the headlines again. This time, the teen pop star was caught on video while attempting to drive away from the photographers after leaving the Laugh Factory comedy club in Los Angeles last Monday night.

Bieber, who pinned a photographer between his car and another parked vehicle, according to TMZ, did not commit an offense. "It was not a hit-and-run," said Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Bruce Borihanh.

The officer added that while the photographer sustained injuries, they were not life-threatening ones. The victim, according to the police, is okay and has been treated for his leg injury.

"The investigation is ongoing," Borihanh added. But from the results of the preliminary investigation, the police concluded that the photographer "jumped in the street in front of the car."

Bieber's camp declined to comment on the incident.

This is not the first time that the Canadian singer has been reported to display the behaviour unbecoming of a teen idol. For instance, he was involved in a scuffle with another photographer during his European tour. Also, complaints were made against the star by his neighbours at a gated community because of reckless driving.

Bieber is currently on a break from his ongoing North America tour as reported by the AFP.

His fans are awaiting news about his concert dates in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
