Canadian singer Justin Bieber immediately went to an Australian party on Sunday upon his arrival from New Zealand by joining end-of-school celebrations in Gold Coast.

He attended the party of school-leavers at the SinCity nightclub in Surfer's Paradise. To prove that the 19-year-old singer of Boyfriend was in the club, SinCity posted a photo of Bieber who was shirtless.

Justin arrived earlier than expected because his second show in New Zealand at the Vector Arena in Auckland was cancelled by Frontier Touring Company because of "unforeseen circumstances" which seems to be a euphemism for poor ticket sales.

The same threat looms for his eight-show Australian tour that begins on Tuesday, Nov 26. Reports said that the tickets selling at half the price, compared to a few months ago when news of his Aussie concert excited Beliebers in the Land Down Under.

However, his recent shift to a bad boy image with reports of hotel adventures with porn stars, visits to whorehouses and strip clubs and other risqué behaviour have reportedly turned off fans.

Alex Levenson, the head of viagogo for Asia Pacific, confirmed that Aussies have lost interest in Bieber since they initially purchased tickets in July for the November concert series. viagogo, the world's largest ticket reselling marketplace that has operations in 50 nations, reported a 187 per cent rise in resale of Justin Bieber concerts in Australia compared to One Direction which held a concert tour in Australia in October.

Levenson disclosed that one week before the start of Bieber's Believe Tour in Australia, his tickets were selling 41 per cent cheaper of around $54 compared to sales of his last tour.

Levenson explained, quoted by News.com.au, "With their squeaky image, One Direction is popular with fans and their parents alike ... Bieber on the other hand is doing a very good impression of an enfant terrible, which seems to be putting off his fans and driving their parents to resell tickets."

He added, "One Direction won the battle for hearts and minds and Bieber has been left trailing behind in the fan stakes. His new bad boy persona seems to be putting people off."
