News is out that teenage heartthrob, Justin Bieber, is looking to by a million dollar mansion in Calabasas, California. Now what's up with the hefty prized mansion and who is the 18-year old planning to take home? Wasn't it just last month that Bieber supposedly bought a love pad for his girlfriend, Selena Gomez? With all the mansions the Bieber is deciding to buy, how much money did his single hit, "Boyfriend" roll in?

Justin Bieber is one teenager who won't settle for anything less than perfect. Apart from creating an album that has changed his looks and his music, the 18-year old is making a move in the real estate by purchasing a house that shows off his moneys' worth. The Bieber has got his eyes set on one particular mansion at Calabasas, California but rumors say that the hit maker is haggling down the price of the $7 million dollar home to a mere $5.5 to $6.5 dollars.

Aside from his eyes set on Ashton Kutcher's pad which the actor is still currently renting out, Justin has been rumored to be checking out another mansion at Hollywood Hills. However, a few sources say Justin is close to getting his deal closed on the Calabasas mansion.

Justin does have a good eye at detail especially because the Calabasas mansion is nothing compared to Ashton Kutcher's pad. The California mansion is set on 9,000 square feet within a gated community. The mansion boasts of an outdoor pool, a sauna, a spa, a separate guest house, a wine cellar plus a private movie theater. Considering Travis Barker, Keyshawn Johnson and Romeo as the next door neighbors, it isn't a bad deal for the Bieber at all.

The only catch of the California house: its 20 miles outside of tinsel town, Hollywood. Given Justin Bieber's career, it's an odd choice and a fairly far away destination plus drive home if he pushes through with the house deal.

Well, whatever and where ever Justin Bieber picks out as his next mansion, Selena Gomez is sure to come along. Plus it won't be likely they'll be spending time together in it as soon as it's bought with Selena's busy filming schedule and all.
